I wish to apply for the position of Plant Manager.
Although the attached CV provides a brief overview of my previous service, problem-solving
skills, and achievements, I have specifically highlighted your current requirements and my
corresponding skills in these areas.
› Technical Higher Education: I hold a higher education degree, and in addition, I have 25 years
of work experience in maintenance and management, which has been successful at every
previous workplace.
› Management Experience: I have many years of experience in production management,
building factories and processes from scratch, as well as taking over loss-making enterprises,
analyzing problems, restructuring management, and turning them from debt to profitability. I
know factory as my own home! I have over 10 years of management experience in the field, with
the last 8 years spent at Eesti Energia's Aulepa and Vanaküla wind farms.
› Experience in Procurement: I have over 15 years of experience in organizing procurement.
› Organizational Skills: As the initiator of several projects, I possess strong organizational skills.
› Human Resource Management: My previous work has required constant personnel
management, which has also provided me with sufficient experience.
› Computer Skills: Most of my previous roles have required computer use. I am highly skilled
with computers. I also have experience in implementing and launching ERP systems in
production.
› Languages: I am fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English and use these languages daily.
