I am a Business Administration graduate from the University of West London (CIM) with practical experience in sales and customer management. My goal is to combine my academic knowledge with new challenges, further develop my professional skills, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company that entrusts me.
Currently, I work at KEO PLC as a Sales Clerk, where I am responsible for full customer service, issuing invoices, recording daily payments, and managing warehouse stock. Additionally, I handle the receipt of invoices and company promotional products, and regularly send account statements to customers. Through these responsibilities, I have strengthened my organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
