As you will notice from my CV, I have acquired vast knowledge and experience in many positions throughout the years. This combination of skills gained in a high-pressure environment has enabled me to accomplish a lot. I have proved over the years that I am versatile and able to succeed in any role.
During these years, I have developed excellent telephone manners and effective communication skills, worked always as part of a team whilst being able to work on own initiative, where necessary.
In addition to my extensive office experience, I am of a conscientious nature, pleasant and polite personality, hard-working, energetic, a reliable and quick learner. I have very good organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. I believe that being disciplined, responsible and a fighter, made me become the person I am today.
Seeing always the positive aspect of things and being open to new challenges, I am more than sure that I am capable of being part of your company's team. Other than all the above, I love interacting with people and to give out a helping hand, advice, and support. I would like to inform you that I also worked at a Shipping, Forwarding, Clearing & Transportation Company from 1.1.23 until 7.4.23 as a Logistics Coordinator (Marketing Dept.) doing the following:
1. Obtaining rates from agents and shipping lines to quote to customers using the FREIGHTPLUS system
2. Communicating with overseas agents and shipping lines
3. Booking orders with agents and/or shipping lines
4. Handling shipments in and out of Cyprus, imports/exports
5. Monitoring & tracking shipments, keeping customers informed
6. Submitting cargo information to insurance company when requested by customers
The reason I left was because the working environment was very toxic.
Also, I worked for 6 months in 2023 from 1.6.23 until 8.12.23 for another Company until 13:00. My duties there were the following:
Issuing invoices on SAP system & payment receipts
Chasing customers for outstanding payments
Taking orders by phone or email and forwarding them to the order processing department
Bank deposits on a daily basis
Other office duties
I also used the M-FILES, DANAOS and EXELSYS systems and other custom-made programs. The reason I left was because it was a 6 day job and we had to work on certain public holidays.

Presently, I am working for a construction Company since 8.1.24 from 08:00-13:00, 5 days a week. My duties are the following:
1. Completing various forms for new employees
2. Preparation of employee contracts, pay slips
3. Preparation of offers to customers, invoices, payment receipts
4. Renewals of yearly subscriptions/memberships etc.
5. Communication with Auditors regarding invoices, social insurance matters etc.
6. Social Insurance Payments via SISnet
7. Registration of new employees via Erganis
8. Entry of invoices in Quickbooks accounting program
9. Other office duties
In parallel with above company, I work for a Company who imports and distributes confectionery/bakery/ice-cream products all over Cyprus from 13:30 till 15:30 since April 2024. My duties are the following:
1. Issuing Invoices
2. Issuing lists for drivers
3. Entering payment receipts in the system
4. Entering product expiry dates in the system
5. Preparing orders for the suppliers
6. Entering import costs etc. in the system
7. Entering supplier invoices in the system
8. Various other accounting duties assigned to me
Most of the above are being done through the accounting system "Symplisis".
The reason why I wish to resign from the above two companies is because I would prefer to devote myself to one company only.
