On behalf of our client, a well-established construction and development company in Cyprus, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Larnaca.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical and commercial understanding to contribute to the delivery of high-spec residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- Lead cost estimation, tendering, and bid evaluation processes.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement, material orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments according to agreed terms.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or development projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and MS Project or similar software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
