On behalf of our client, an established architectural and engineering firm based in Larnaca, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a qualified Civil Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take an active role in the design, supervision, and management of mid- to large-scale architectural and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute detailed implementation and construction studies.
- Supervise, organize, and manage ongoing construction projects.
- Act as the Project Engineer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate and review studies and plans for medium and large-scale developments.
- Oversee project management during the construction phase, including scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to health and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree considered an advantage).
- 5–10 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant engineering software.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
