Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand current and future recruitment requirements.
- Attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and global talent networks.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships and agreements with international recruitment agencies.
- Develop engaging job descriptions and shape interview processes tailored to each position.
- Drive employer branding strategies to draw in exceptional talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support hiring needs across all departments.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Mandatory previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experienced in sourcing candidates through social media and other professional platforms.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of various roles across different departments.
- Excellent written and verbal command English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team player and results oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Creative, people oriented, structured, adaptable and results driven.
