Your Role
As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, leading a talented culinary team to deliver exceptional, fresh, and innovative dishes across all outlets of your property. You will be responsible for menu development, quality control, and cost management, ensuring each dish reflects the group’s wellness-oriented philosophy. A key part of this role is to ensure all kitchen operations and menus comply with Kosher standards, while collaborating with the F&B and Service teams to create exceptional dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences aligned with YONIK standards.
- Design, plan, and update seasonal menus, incorporating Kosher standards, fresh, locally sourced, and wellness-focused ingredients.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring preparation, presentation, and timing meet both Kosher and luxury service standards.
- Manage food cost controls, inventory, and supplier relations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to Kosher protocols, Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to coordinate seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor culinary staff, with a focus on Kosher food handling and preparation practices.
- Handle guest feedback, addressing any issues to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor and report on kitchen performance, budgets, and KPIs to senior management.
What We Value
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, ideally within healthy concepts fine dining establishments, or Kosher-certified operations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kosher food laws and preparation practices (preferable).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing and motivating a large team.
- Creativity and passion for designing innovative, wellness-focused menus within Kosher guidelines.
- In-depth understanding of food safety, HACCP, and sustainable kitchen practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with our brand values.
