Site Civil Engineer

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Site Civil Engineer on behalf of a reputable construction company. This role is ideal for a motivated civil engineer who wishes to gain hands on site experience and develop a solid technical and professional foundation.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily project execution activities on site in collaboration with the Client, Consultants and Senior Management, following approved schedules, drawings and materials
• Supervise site activities and report any issues, defects or deviations to the Project Manager
• Prepare and submit site progress reports
• Control and coordinate subcontractors’ works, monitoring progress and reporting potential delays or challenges
• Manage daily site requirements including materials, labour and equipment
• Plan and organise site activities to ensure efficient execution
• Supervise and monitor site teams and subcontractors
• Maintain a clear understanding of contract documents, relevant codes, standards and technical specifications
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience is not required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, planning tools and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential
