Junior Architect

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Junior Architect on behalf of a reputable architectural firm. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate architect looking to gain hands on experience and develop their career within a professional and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, construction details, models and renderings
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and supporting project objectives
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, planning and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors during both design and construction phases
• Stay up to date with architectural trends, materials and emerging technologies
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, including ETEK guidelines and local authority requirements
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential
• Previous experience is not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit
• Membership in a relevant professional body such as ETEK or RICS, or a degree from the University of Cyprus, will be considered an advantage
