Manpower Cyprus, we are looking to recruit IQOS Advisors to join our team in Nicosia in order to support the operations of our client, Philip Morris Cyprus, in the Commercial Operation department.
Your ‘Day to Day’ Responsibilities:
- Create a positive customer experience across owned stores by understanding consumer needs
- Describe company’s products and answer questions in regards to products experience, functions and pricing
- Be responsible for the device management flows
- Ensure merchandising visibility standards
- Collect consumer feedback and inform team leaders for instant or future changes
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service/sales role
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Good Communication and Sales Skills
- Friendly and Outgoing Personality
