Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Payroll Officer at Pafos Head Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer the hotel's payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping records for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxation.
- Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documents for audits.
- Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with hotel industry payroll challenges and dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills.
