Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer for our Pafos Head Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage accounts payable, including processing and verifying invoices from suppliers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the hotel’s financial records.
- Handle the preparation, review, and payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to creditors.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Monitor and track hotel expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing issues and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of both Greek and English languages.
