What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Risk Officer to take the lead in monitoring market exposure, analyzing client flow behavior, and evaluating liquidity provider performance in a dynamic CFD brokerage environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of trading dynamics, and a proactive mindset to help safeguard the firm's exposure and optimize its execution strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Monitor and manage market risk exposure, ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
- Maintain pricing integrity and execution quality to deliver a superior trading experience.
- Analyse client behaviour and identify toxic or potentially abusive flow, such as arbitrage.
- Monitors the functioning of all trading instruments and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties to ensure consistent execution quality and competitive pricing.
- Continuously enhance internal risk procedures, reporting workflows, and analytical tools to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
- Support the launch of new trading products and changes in account conditions by evaluating associated market risk impacts.
- Ensure proactive risk escalation and timely communication to senior management in fast-moving or stressed market conditions.
- Perform daily review of hedging efficiency based on market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in market risk and trading risk within a CFD broker, prime broker, or trading firm.
- Understanding of trading revenue models, client flow behaviour, and exposure management techniques.
- Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, and liquidity bridge technologies (e.g., OneZero).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, particularly in high-frequency or latency-sensitive environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders, including developers, trading desks, and external liquidity providers.
Working Schedule:
On-Site – The position requires working rotating shifts from 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00, including four weekdays and one weekend day.
