Position: Senior Dev0ps Engineer
Location: Larnaca (Hybrid)
On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey solutions gaming platforms we are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Dev0ps Engineer who will join their team in Larnaca on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will strengthen the company’s technology function by building and operating resilient, highly available, and automated infrastructure platforms. Someone who will partner with software engineers and QA professionals to enhance delivery pipelines, optimize deployment processes, and maintain consistent performance across all environments.
This position suits an individual who values accountability, enjoys designing automation-first solutions, and is motivated by improving platform stability within a cooperative, engineering-focused culture. The candidate will play a key role in defining and evolving DevOps standards while contributing directly to the robustness, scalability, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, refine, and maintain high-performance CI/CD workflows
- Develop and manage container-based architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and scalability requirements
- Take ownership of incident management, root-cause analysis, and remediation
- Assess emerging DevOps technologies and propose improvements
- Automate build, testing, and release processes across development, staging, and production
- Operate and scale containerized workloads using Kubernetes
- Enhance deployment methodologies, including rolling updates, canary deployments, and blue-green strategies
- Provision, operate, and maintain both cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure
- Track system performance, uptime, and reliability, responding proactively to issues
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment consistency and developer productivity
- Embed security controls throughout pipelines and infrastructure layers
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and operational workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a DevOps-focused role
- Strong background in automation-driven DevOps practices
- Deep understanding of CI/CD platforms and pipeline architecture
- Solid expertise in container technologies and orchestration systems
- Advanced knowledge of networking principles and security design
- Experience managing and optimizing databases
- Strong command of Linux/Unix environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Familiarity with both public cloud providers and private cloud solutions
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership capability
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Support the Sales team in onboarding new clients and strengthening existing client relationships.
