At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we are proud to deliver high-quality food and a memorable experience to every guest. We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Operators to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with reservations, orders, inquiries, and special requests
- Provide accurate information about the menu, promotions, and restaurant services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
- Process take-out and delivery orders accurately in the system
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with every customer interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, professional approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
- Proficiency with call center software, POS systems, and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry or foodservice is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Fluent Greek is strongly preferred; English is also an advantage
