Sales Executive (HORECA)

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (HORECA) on behalf of a leading premium food supplier based in Limassol. Our client operates at the top end of the market, supplying exceptional quality meat and seafood products to high end restaurants, hotels and catering businesses across Cyprus.
With a strong reputation built on quality, consistency and deep understanding of the HORECA sector, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding its commercial team. This role is ideal for a high performing, food driven sales professional who understands the HORECA market and thrives on building long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
• Identify and acquire new HORECA clients across Cyprus
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross selling and strong relationship management
• Conduct on site visits, presentations and product tastings with prospective clients
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and trends within the HORECA food market
• Provide structured market feedback and insights to management to support strategic planning
Coordination and Reporting
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and activity updates for management
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within foodservice or the HORECA sector
• Strong knowledge of premium meat, seafood or gourmet food products will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self motivated, target driven and able to work independently
• Fluency in Greek and English
Remuneration and Benefits
• Net monthly salary: 1,500–2,000, depending on experience, plus bonus (to be discussed).
