Interior Designer

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Interior Designer on behalf of a creative and well established interior design company specialising in modern kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke woodwork solutions. Our client delivers flexible, elegant and highly functional design concepts with a refined sense of luxury, serving both residential and commercial projects.
This role is ideal for a passionate and detail oriented designer who enjoys client interaction, tailored design solutions and seeing projects through from concept to completion. The company offers a stable and supportive working environment where creativity, contribution and collaboration are genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budget
• Create 3D design proposals that accurately reflect the client’s vision
• Present design concepts and adapt proposals with the aim of finalising sales
• Finalise all project details with clients once the sale is confirmed
• Prepare and send technical drawings to the factory for production following client approval
• Communicate with the factory regarding clarifications and adjustments when required
• Issue invoices, statements and payment receipts to clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Candidate Profile
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential, additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with 3D design software
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Friendly, professional and confident communicator
• Detail oriented, adaptable and client focused
Working Days and Hours
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00
• Wednesday and Saturday: 09:00 to 13:00
• Saturdays are flexible
Remuneration and Benefits
• Net monthly salary ranging between 1300 and 1700 euros depending on experience and skills
