Site Civil Engineer

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Site Civil Engineer on behalf of a dynamic and well established property development company based in Larnaca. Our client is actively involved in the development of high quality residential and commercial projects, with a strong reputation for solid construction standards, organised site operations and long term project planning.

Working Days and Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 to 15:30
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, schedules and specifications
• Coordinate site works between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project management
• Monitor progress and ensure works are executed according to quality and safety standards
• Report site progress, issues and deviations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, technical standards and local regulations
• Manage daily site requirements including labour, materials and equipment
• Support the timely and efficient completion of projects
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site coordination
• Fluency in Greek, written and spoken, is essential
• English spoken communication skills
• EU citizenship is required
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently on site
