Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide high-quality table service and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or handheld systems
- Serve food and drinks according to company service standards
- Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate
- Monitor guests during service and ensure their overall dining experience is positive
- Maintain cleanliness and high service standards in the dining area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter A or in a similar service role
- Friendly, positive and service-oriented personality
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Reliability, professionalism and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
