Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Escort and seat guests in dining and bar areas
- Manage guest flow, waiting lists and provide accurate wait times
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential
- Previous experience as a Hostess or Receptionist
- Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and confident presence
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
