Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Cook A to join an iconic luxury hospitality - hotel group in Cyprus — a culinary-driven environment where exceptional quality, creative expression and international standards come together to deliver a truly elevated dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dishes according to Executive Chef standards
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare meat, fish and vegetables with attention to quality and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness of workstations
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and restocking
- Follow kitchen SOPs, HACCP and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as Cook A or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen operations
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
