Role: Transfer Pricing Specialist
Location: Nicosia/Limassol
On behalf of our client, an independent International Consulting Firm, we are currentlylooking to hire a transfer Pricing Specialistto join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Transfer Pricing projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct functional, economic, and benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions.
- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop Transfer Pricing reports, presentations, and supporting materials based on analytical findings.
- Gain a deep understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and apply economic and financial insights to client cases.
- Assist in the application and negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and rulings with tax authorities.
- Support Transfer Pricing audits by preparing responses and documentation for tax authorities.
- Identify Transfer Pricing optimization opportunities and contribute to advisory initiatives.
- Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative developments in Transfer Pricing and share key insights with the team.
- Participate in developing new processes and initiatives to enhance the Transfer Pricing practice.
- Conduct internal reviews of the firm’s Transfer Pricing policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, or another related field.
- Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, or a similar area.
- Certifications: Enrolment in ACCA, ACA, CFA, or ADIT programs is considered an advantage.
- Languages: Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: IT literate, with strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional Interest: A strong desire to develop technical expertise in Transfer Pricing and international taxation.
