- Oversee all incoming and outgoing deliveries within the store
- Supervise the delivery process, provide training, and ensure high performance and safety standards
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and organisation of the delivery area
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stockrooms and support stock management processes
- Work closely with store management to improve delivery workflows and reduce delays
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Support the sales floor when needed to ensure seamless store operation
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Leadership and team‑coordination abilities
- Excellent communication with colleagues
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of logistics, stock control, and retail operations
- Detail‑oriented and committed to operational excellence
- Good level of both Greek & English languages
