Position Requirements
- Proven leadership in premium hotels, ideally as Hotel Manager or Operations Manager ready to step up to GM, or an experienced GM from a comparable property.
- Strong operational background with hands‑on, detail‑driven management style.
- Passion for crafting world‑class guest experiences and elevating service standards.
- Ability to inspire and develop teams; track record building positive, high‑performance cultures.
- International hotel background is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
