Aqua Blue Hotel, is seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead and elevate our Food & Beverage service standards. If you are dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence, we invite you to join our dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage service operations across all outlets
- Lead, train, and motivate service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure consistent compliance with brand standards and luxury service protocols
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and front office teams
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance development
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Support cost control and revenue optimisation initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Service Manager / F&B supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest-service orientation and communication abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospitality service standards and procedures
- EU citizenship
