We are working closely with a company based in Limassol and we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager (Technology & Digitalisation) (Hybrid).
Our client is a well-known established international organization operating in the maritime sector, with a strong global presence and decades of industry experience. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project team, handling management and administrative tasks while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, in alignment with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and update project proposals, including objectives, technologies, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
- Set and monitor project milestones, addressing delays and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented and managed through a transparent change management process.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing updates to staff and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare project status reports.
- Facilitate the change management process and implement project change plans.
Requirements
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in project management or in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of projects from initiation to completion
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
- Organised with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures, practices and trends
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialised applications and software, used in the organisation and the industry;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software;
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Ability to plan, guide creative workshop sessions for project kick-offs, envisioning and other presentations related to the IT projects executed
Skills that will be considered as an advantage:
- Professional certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to present and train/teach IT related subjects
- Knowledge of the maritime industry
