Job Description
On behalf of one of the most luxurious hotels in Paphos, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to take full responsibility for the management and operation of the hotel’s bar outlets. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about high end hospitality and want to take the next step in their career within a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize the daily operation of the bars
• Lead, train, and supervise the bar team
• Ensure a high level of guest service in line with luxury hotel standards
• Control stock, orders, and cost management
• Create and update the cocktail menu in cooperation with management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel or a high end venue
• Excellent knowledge of bar operations and cocktail menus
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
• Very good command of English. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and professional appearance
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
