On behalf of our client, a luxury hotel in Paphos, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of the property. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior hospitality professional who can drive operational excellence, lead high performing teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel
• Lead, train, and evaluate department heads and teams
• Ensure high standards of guest service and overall quality
• Manage budget, costs, and financial performance
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, continuously improving the guest experience
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a guest focused mindset
• Very good command of English. Knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to manage teams, targets, and financial results
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and results driven attitude
What is Offered
• Monthly salary between €6,000 and €7,000, depending on experience and qualifications
