Performance Marketing Consultant

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Performance Marketing Consultant on behalf of a forward thinking growth focused organisation. The company operates at the intersection of marketing, technology and commercial strategy, working on scalable growth initiatives rather than isolated campaign execution.
This role is designed for a professional who can own growth execution end to end, combining strategy, media performance, analytics and business thinking. It goes beyond campaign setup. You will translate business objectives into measurable performance strategies, optimise across channels and demonstrate real commercial impact.
You must be comfortable operating independently, making strategic decisions and advising stakeholders on what should be done, not just how to execute it.
Core Responsibilities
Performance and Media Execution
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display and YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other programmatic networks where required
• Select channels, formats and budgets based on objectives, audience intent and return on investment potential
• Continuously test and scale campaigns based on performance data
Measurement, Tracking and Analytics
• Set up and manage conversion goals, pixels, tags and event tracking
• Implement attribution logic and full funnel measurement
• Work confidently with Google Analytics GA4 and platform analytics
• Evaluate campaign profitability, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and ROI
• Focus on revenue and commercial outcomes rather than vanity metrics
CRM and Lifecycle Campaigns
• Build and manage CRM and lifecycle campaigns using Mailchimp or other marketing automation platforms
• Support See, Think, Do, Care strategies across paid media and CRM
• Implement automation flows, triggers and behavioural segmentation
Strategy and Business Acumen
• Translate commercial and brand objectives into structured performance strategies
• Balance short term activation with long term brand building
• Make informed decisions on targeting, audience structure, creative testing and budget allocation
• Assess impact on brand health, demand creation and sustainable growth
• Challenge briefs when necessary and propose outcome driven solutions
Systems, Automation and Tech
• Understand CMS environments and how performance layers integrate
• Implement optimisation frameworks using automation, trigger based events and AI assisted tools
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is required
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Clay or similar platforms is considered an advantage
Data and Advanced Reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Looker or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear strategic insights
Candidate Profile
• Strong hands on experience in multi platform performance marketing
• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
• Clear understanding of how performance, creative and brand interact
• Independent operator who does not require day to day supervision
• Comfortable owning results and being accountable for measurable outcomes
• Curious, systems oriented and comfortable working with modern tools and AI driven workflows

Remuneration and Benefits
• Annual salary package between 25000 and 30000 euros depending on experience
