Your Role
As a Marketing Associate, you will support the day-to-day marketing activities of Well Club, with a strong focus on B2C communication, social media, and guest engagement. This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who wants to grow within a dynamic hospitality group and actively shape how guests experience our brand before, during, and after their stay.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support social media channels (content posting, captions, engagement, basic analytics).
- Assist in creating visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, newsletters, basic campaigns).
- Support digital marketing initiatives focused on guest awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Assist with the management and content accuracy of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and Expedia (descriptions, visuals, offers, guest messaging).
- Work closely with hotel operations and front office teams to promote guest experiences, offers, and events.
- Help maintain brand consistency across online platforms and guest-facing materials.
- Monitor trends, guest feedback, OTA performance, and online presence to support continuous improvement.

- Understanding of B2C marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism.
