They are now seeking a product-minded leader who understands the psychology behind user action. This role sits at the intersection of data, behavioral insight, and growth — with direct influence over the firm’s trajectory.
You will be responsible for shaping a platform that is not only powerful, but intuitive — becoming a seamless and essential part of users’ daily trading routines. By combining data-driven experimentation with a deep understanding of human behavior, you’ll drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze user journeys and behavioral funnels to optimize retention and LTV.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to refine the user experience.
- Map drop-off points and build strategies to improve the onboarding flow.
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate behavioral insights into features.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Growth, Retention, or Product Analytics.
- Mastery of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- A data-driven mindset combined with a deep understanding of user psychology.
- Experience in high-scale B2C products.
