Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Limassol (on-site)

A well-established local/European car dealership in Limassol, specializing in vehicle imports, registrations, MOT, and related automotive services, is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, bank transfers, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle VAT-related tasks, payroll, and Social Insurance submissions.
- Use Powersoft accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Manage appointments, answer incoming calls, and provide general office support.
- Work with Excel for financial data tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Perfect command of English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a similar Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeping role.
- Experience with Powersoft is essential.
- Solid knowledge of VAT, payroll, Social Insurance, and banking transactions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30
- Salary: €1,500 net
- 13th salary
- Cyprus public & bank holidays off
- Two weeks holiday in August
