The successful candidate will communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments, update and obtain vendor payment information to update the records.
Main Role:
- Preparation for execution and monitoring of payments and bank transfers;
- Preparation and monitoring of daily bank activity reports;
- Maintain accurate reconciliations of bank accounts;
- Monitor daily bank movements, cash positions, and liquidity;
- Monitor daily credit/debit card activity and balances;
- Collaborate with banks and other departments to resolve issues and maintain good relationships;
- Review and identify needs for new bank accounts and support the bank account opening process;
- Preparation and analysis of daily/monthly reports to the company's management;
- Preparation of any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the company;
Candidate Profile:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Banking or related field;
- 2-4 years in treasury, cash management, or banking operations, ideally in a financial services or fintech environment;
- Knowledge of banking systems and payment platforms will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;
