For our client, a modern and growing organization operating in the hospitality and dining sector, we are seeking an HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team and support the daily HR operations.
Responsibilities
• Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
• Prepare employment contracts and HR related documentation
• Monitor attendance, leave records and other HR procedures
• Support communication between employees and management
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
