Responsibilities
- Preparation of meals in terms of planning, cooking and finalising buffet dishes
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitized and organised
- Regular check-ups of inventory and stock-up
- Buffet supervision for correct replenishment of food
- Aid the kitchen team in any work for the deliverance of the desired results
Capabilities and Requirements
- Good understanding of food preparation recipes and ability to follow them
- Good communication skills and competency in being a part of a team
- Ability to adapt to fast fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous tasks
