What You’ll Do:
As a Web Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements related to the company’s website platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Marketing teams, and development teams to ensure that business objectives are translated into well-defined requirements and delivered effectively.
You will also support data-driven decision-making by analysing user behaviour, website performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to website features, improvements, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, or other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by defining hypotheses, tracking performance metrics, and documenting results.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure website improvements align with SEO strategies and marketing goals.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Ensure requirements documentation is maintained and updated across tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Assist in validating development deliverables and ensuring implemented features meet defined business requirements.
- Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios and validating functionality prior to release.
- Monitor and document website processes, workflows, and dependencies across internal systems.
- Ensure website features align with company branding, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support cross-functional communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a fintech, forex, or financial services environment.
- Strong ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience working with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with website development processes and web technologies.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model; 3 days from office, 2 days from home)
