Position: Store Manager (Retail)
Location: Limassol – On-site
On behalf of our client, a well-established company engaged in the import and trade of footwear and related products. We are looking to hire an experienced, responsible, and proactive individual to manage their Limassol store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Working Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 09:30–13:30 / 15:30–19:00
- Wednesday: 09:30–13:00
- Saturday: 09:30–14:00
- Sunday: Closed
Role Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, effective team management, and efficient stock control. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a retail environment and is ready to take ownership of store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high standards of service.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
