They are seeking an experienced and responsible Shop Manager to oversee their Limassol store. The ideal candidate will manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure that the store consistently meets its sales and customer service objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage sales reporting, cash handling, and administrative store tasks.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a retail manager, ideally in footwear, fashion, or related retail sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Greek and English.
- Customer-focused, professional, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, stock management, and POS systems.
