Manpower Cyprus, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking on behalf of our client, a leader in the product distribution sector aWarehouse Administratorto join the operations team in Limassol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and verifying distribution documents (invoices, credit notes, return notes) as well as financial items (cash, cheques), ensuring the smooth and accurate reconciliation of daily delivery routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify delivery documentation (invoices, returns, credit notes) against orders and routes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures
- Handle cash and cheque reconciliation, prepare bank deposit documentation, and coordinate with the Transactions Processing Supervisor
- Provide customer and call center support, handling inquiries and delivering accurate, professional service to internal and external stakeholders
Education
- High School Diploma
- Business Administration Diploma (preferred)
Experience
- 1–2 years in a similar role
- SAP software knowledge (a plus)
Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Multitasking under pressure
- Communication skills (Greek & English)
