Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and consistency
- Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
- Manage daily mise en place and stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor product freshness and minimize waste
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
- Attention to detail and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Good knowledge of English (Greek is a plus)
