The Evalena Beach Hotel is a renowned beachfront destination in the heart of Protaras, Cyprus, known for its warm hospitality, exceptional service, and stunning seaside views. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and assist with special requests.
- Answer telephone calls and handle them accordingly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Effectively manage reservations, cancellations, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records and update the hotel’s booking system.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
- Legal eligibility to work in Cyprus.
- A warm, welcoming personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
