On behalf of our client, a prestigious and upcoming 5-star hospitality project in Larnaca, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and shape the Human Resources function during a critical phase of growth and development.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on professional who can build HR structures from the ground up while supporting operational excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with local labor laws and company standards
• Support department heads in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters
• Drive training and development initiatives aligned with 5-star service standards
• Lead employee engagement and retention strategies
• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation
• Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Support organizational development and succession planning
• Promote company culture, values, and service excellence
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required for the effective operation of the HR function
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Fluency in English is required; Greek will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
