We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment across various regions, including supporting the launch of new international IT Hubs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with line managers to create and update job descriptions; ensure role consistency across offices.
- Identify and attract local and international candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Advertise open positions and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones while maintaining clear candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee relationships with agencies and manage vendor contracts.
- Conduct executive searches and headhunt senior-level talent.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support international IT hub growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end-of-end recruitment, ideally in FX, IT, or Gaming industries.
- Experience in hiring for Business Development, Marketing, and IT roles across multiple regions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
