Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software/ AI Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping intelligent automation within our products, ensuring smooth customer experiences and driving innovation across our platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and improve existing AI systems, models and pipelines.
- Enhance functionality and integrate new features into in-house systems.
- Design and develop new AI systems from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers and leadership.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with AI trends and emerging technologies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3 years of experience in developing AI systems outside of University.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and model deployment.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, LangChain, Dialogflow, Rasa).
- Working experience with SQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, Dockers.
