What You’ll Do:
As a Client Area Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements related to the company’s Client Area platforms and onboarding journeys. You will work closely with Product Owners, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, UX/UI designers, and development teams to ensure that business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals are translated into clear and effective solutions. You will support the optimization of client onboarding, verification, account management, and user engagement flows, while contributing to data-driven decision-making through user behavior analysis, market research, AI-driven insights, and competitor analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Client Area features, onboarding journeys, verification processes, account management, payments, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.
- Analyze client behavior, onboarding funnel performance, and user engagement data to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with onboarding and KYC providers such as Sumsub, Trulioo, and Shufti Pro to support integrations, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
- Support the optimization of KYC, AML, and compliance-related workflows while ensuring regulatory requirements are met across different jurisdictions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify industry trends, onboarding best practices, and innovative solutions within fintech and trading platforms.
- Utilize AI tools and AI-driven methodologies to support business analysis, requirement generation, workflow optimization, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by defining hypotheses, tracking performance metrics, and documenting results.
- Collaborate with CRM, Payments, and Back Office teams to ensure seamless integration between systems and client-facing platforms.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder workshops to clarify requirements and support delivery.
- Maintain and update documentation across tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Assist in validating development deliverables and ensuring implemented solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
- Support QA and testing activities by preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and assisting with UAT activities prior to release.
- Monitor and document client journeys, onboarding flows, dependencies, and operational processes across internal and third-party systems.
- Ensure Client Area features align with company branding, security standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Support cross-functional communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, compliance teams, and external providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, forex, trading, payments, or financial services environments.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience working with Client Area platforms, onboarding systems, or customer lifecycle management solutions.
- Familiarity with onboarding and verification providers such as Sumsub, Trulioo, Shufti Pro, or similar KYC/AML platforms.
- Understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, AML, compliance requirements, and client verification workflows.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UX principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and web/mobile application processes.
- Experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, documentation, or process optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 hybrid (three days from office, two days from home)
