We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Mid-Weight Digital Designer. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to digital campaigns for a global brand and an expanding portfolio of international markets. You will bring your talent and passion for creating standout visuals, while independently delivering engaging, high-quality creative across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality assets that improve user experience and reinforce our client’s brand identity.

Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns and present concepts to the wider team
- Design and build animated display advertising campaigns
- Design static and animated assets for websites, CRM campaigns and social media
- Create website hero banners, landing page assets and digital promotional graphics
- Produce creative work for print materials such as branded merchandise or direct mail
- Design and adapt creative for social-first formats including vertical video, reels and short-form content
- Collaborate with designers, marketers and copywriters to deliver campaign assets
- Present creative ideas internally when required
- Maintain strong communication with project management teams regarding timelines and project status
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and marketing requirements
- Support the production of digital marketing, OOH advertising and social media promotional materials
Requirements
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in producing digital creative including static and animated banners, social media content, and website assets.
- Experience working within a fast-paced design studio environment.
- A strong and varied portfolio showcasing digital advertising work across multiple formats is essential.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Demonstrates strong visual ideation skills.
- Experience using Bannerflow, Creatopy or similar platforms is essential.
- Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier), Ad platforms, Bannerflow, Creatopy or similar display campaign tools, Blender (3D modelling and animation)
- Experience in Figma is an advantage.
- Experience in other tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Outlook,ClickUp, Jira) is advantageous.
- Interest in exploring new creative tools such as ChatGPT, Firefly, Freepik, Runway or similar, AI-assisted image and video tools for concept development, ideation and rapid visual prototyping.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral).
