What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an experienced EU Entity Product / Business Requirements Manager to act as the central point of contact for all requirements related to our EU / CySEC – regulated entity. As a Senior Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, refining, validating, and documentingbusiness requirements from EU stakeholders, including Compliance, AML, Back Office,Client Support, Management, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams.The main purpose of this role is to ensure that requirements are clear, complete, wellanalysed, and operationally ready before they are passed to Product, Business Analysis,UX, Engineering, QA, or Delivery teams.The successful candidate must have strong experience in an EU-regulated CFD / Forex brokerage environment, with a good understanding of CySEC requirements, client lifecycle processes, operational workflows, compliance obligations, and internal brokerage systems. This role does not replace Product Owners, Business Analysts, Compliance, or Engineering teams. Instead, it ensures that EU business needs are properly captured, analysed, structured, challenged where needed, and translated into clear business input for the relevant delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For:
● Act as the main point of contact for gathering, analysing, refining, and documenting EU / CySEC entity requirements.
● Work closely with Compliance, AML, Back Office, Support, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Operations to capture complete business needs.
● Challenge and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, accurate, and ready before reaching Product, BA, UX, Engineering, QA, or Delivery teams.
● Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
● Identify missing information, process gaps, dependencies, edge cases, operational risks, and potential production issues early.
● Define and document EU client journeys, including onboarding, registration, KYC, client assessment, GDPR, deposits, trading, withdrawals, reporting, and client communications.
● Ensure all product and process changes align with CySEC, EU regulatory requirements, MiFID II obligations, and internal compliance policies.
● Support stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies by providing business context and requirement clarity.
● Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other agreed tools as the source of truth.
● Support QA, UAT, and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions are compliant, operationally usable, and fit for production.
● Conduct competitor and market research to identify EU market trends, onboarding best practices, and client experience improvements.
● Utilise AI tools and AI-driven methodologies to support business analysis, requirement generation, workflow optimisation, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
● Support clear communication between EU stakeholders, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, external providers, and delivery teams.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience within an EU-regulated CFD / Forex brokerage environment, ideally in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Requirements role.
● Strong experience gathering, analysing, refining, and documenting business and functional requirements.
● Strong understanding of CySEC / EU regulatory requirements, KYC, AML, client verification, onboarding, and client protection workflows.
● Experience working with Client Area platforms, onboarding systems, CRM, Back Office, or customer lifecycle management solutions.
● Familiarity with onboarding and verification providers such as Sumsub, Trulioo, Shufti Pro, or similar KYC/AML platforms.
● Good understanding of core trading concepts, including leverage, margin, trading accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and client journeys.
● Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and web/mobile application processes.
● Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
● Understanding of UX principles, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey optimization.
● Experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, documentation, requirement generation, or process optimisation.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify gaps, risks, and missing information.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, compliance, operational, and technical teams.
● Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 on a hybrid model (three days from office, two days from home)
