Work Channel Professional Recruitment is working closely with a client and is seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant Limassol.
Our client is a well-established real estate investment and development company with operations across Greece and Cyprus. The company focuses on hospitality and residential projects, managing a diverse portfolio of developments in the region and abroad. On be half of our client we are seeking a senior accountant to join their finance team.

Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and quarterly consolidated financial statements of the Group’s entities under IFRS, according to Group’s deadlines
· Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal controls
· Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
· Co-ordinate with Group auditors to ensure timely and efficient completion of the Group entities’ statutory audits to the set deadlines
· Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting and act as a liaison between finance teams and various business units
· Analyze financial performance, including variances against budget, forecast and prior periods.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and management reports for the business
· Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required
· Continuously improve reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
· Ensure compliance with group policies, accounting standards and fiscal regulations
· Report to the Group Finance Managers
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
· Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is required
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting or FP&A
· Experience in financial reporting and consolidation under IFRS

· Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
