Our client is a highly successful and well-established organization in the hospitality sector, with many years of experience. On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an F&B Cost Controller.
The F&B Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, managing stock control processes, and tracking operational performance to support the hotel’s profitability goals while ensuring high operational standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with operational teams.

Responsibilities
· Conduct monthly inventory counts across all F&B outlets and storage areas
· Record, reconcile, and monitor stock movements within the system
· Prepare stock control and variance reports
· Monitor food and beverage cost performance and identify improvement opportunities
· Perform recipe and menu costings
· Analyse profitability and operational efficiencies
· Prepare monthly F&B performance reports and KPI analysis
· Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company standards
· Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions
· Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Purchasing, and F&B teams
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality will be considered an advantage
· Good understanding of stock control procedures and cost management
· Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, and reporting tools
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
