Our client is a well-established Cyprus-based company specialising in premium shading and outdoor shelter solutions. On be half of them we are currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls through the company’s telephone system and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Provide professional telephone customer service support
- Create and process customer orders and forward them to the Production Department
- Manage front desk reception duties, welcoming clients, partners, and visitors
- Provide assistance and customer service within the company’s showroom
- Maintain and organise filing and documentation related to the Reception Department
Requirements
- Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy, including proficient use of internet applications and email systems
- Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented personality
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
